SmartGen is a personal cybersecurity firm. Large organizations defend themselves with dedicated security teams and structured processes — yet the individuals and families facing the same phishing, fraud, and identity-theft threats have historically had nowhere to turn. SmartGen exists to close that gap.
Our work is methodical: a structured 72-check security assessment, a prioritized Family Security Plan, hands-on implementation, and ongoing care. It is led by practitioners with many years of multi-domain IT experience, including enterprise technology projects delivered around the world.

The 15-minute Introductory Assessment by video call is complimentary. The full in-home assessment is $199 — $149 if you book within 7 days of your Introductory Assessment. Implementation sessions are $149 each, and Ongoing Care is $199 per year. You always know the exact cost before anything begins.
How long does it take?
The Introductory Assessment takes 15 minutes by video call. The full in-home assessment takes 60–90 minutes. Implementation happens in hands-on sessions, at your pace.
Can you help my parents?
Yes — helping seniors and less technical family members is a core part of what we do. We can work with them directly, with you involved as much as you like.
What do you need from me?
Just your time and your questions. You type in your own passwords and codes — we never ask for them, and we store nothing on our systems.
